Access

To access skills navigate to “Employees” -> “Skills”

Configuration

1. Each skill can have 2-10 proficiency levels which all are derived from the connected scale.
   1. 
2. There is one 5 level default scale defined in Coursy to start you out on the correct path

Usage

1. Skills can of course be connected to users to define user proficiency in specific skill
2. Skills can be used to automatically plan a course to certain groups of users
3. Users skill proficiency level can be set to enchance by completing a course
