Here, you can find an overview of the e-mail notifications that the system sends to the employees, trainers and TMS (Training Management System) users. The notifications are sent out daily, by default between 8 AM and 8 PM.
It’s possible to edit the text of email notifications.
Notifications sent to employees:

Notifications sent to TMS users:

The “You have been registered to a course” notification
After you publish an occurrence, the system sends out a notification via e-mail to all the employees, who have been added to the occurrence. The notification contains a link to the Employee Portal and information about the course’s trainings.
The information that is displayed for each training:
- The type of training (online training, classroom training or test)
- The training’s name
- The training’s deadline or information about the training time
- If you have registered the employee to the training time before publishing the occurrence, then the notification will also contain an iCalendar file for that training time.
- If you publish the occurrence before registering the employee to the training time, then the message “You are not registered to the training” will be displayed next to the training’s name.
The trainings are displayed as a list in the order that you defined them in the course version detail view.
