To organize questions better, they can be divided into question pools. Question pool is a top-level grouping for questions in your library. While a question can be without a pool, it’s best to use question pools as it’s easier to find the questions to use in forms this way.
Adding question pools
Menu item: Forms > Settings > Question pools
- Click the Add question pool button
- Enter the name of the question pool
- Make sure the question pool is marked as active
- Click Save
