Managing Rooms

Menu item: Planning > Manage rooms

If your courses take place in a physical location, you need to add rooms to associate with training times.

When adding a room, enter the name of the room and the capacity of how many people it can accommodate.

Click Add room to add a new training room and Edit to change its name or capacity.

NB! The names of the rooms are visible for employees in the Employee Portal.
