If your company has activated the Licence points module, in TMS you can add licences data, associate licences with courses, add licence points to the employee, import licence points and view licence report. In the Employee Portal, the employee can view their licences and add licence points.
Adding licence general data
Menu item: Manage > Settings > Licence points
Licences can be created by the users with Company manage privilege.
To create a licence:
- click on Add licence
- type licence name
- click on Add licence
- click on Add period
- insert number of points that has to be collected to acquire the licence, deadlines for acquiring and entering the points
- click on Save
NB! Do not forget to add the next licence period before the points acquiring deadline of the current period.
If needed, you can determine a course or courses of which at least one has to be completed to fulfill licence precondition.
To activate licence precondition:
- open licence detail view
- click Edit general data
- enable by clicking toggle button
- select course(s) from drop-down list
- click on Save
