Surveys are conducted in survey groups. A survey group has a form attached to it that the participants need to fill out (by a set deadline). The participants can access the survey via an e-mail notification that contains a unique link to the survey. After the deadline for filling out the survey has passed, the summary report becomes available.
Open the Surveys view from the Feedback menu to see the list of all the company’s survey groups. This view is used to add new survey groups and access the detail view of existing ones.
